The establishment of Sinotruk’s Global Marketing and Service Training Center stems from a deep understanding of the essence of service. It has established a tiered and categorized sales and service curriculum matrix covering six core areas: after-sales service, product technology, operations management, new energy, driving skills, and local languages, forming a knowledge map covering the entire value chain. Overseas, a dual-pronged approach of “localization + internationalization” is implemented, employing both internal trainers and foreign experts to achieve cultural adaptability and standardized standards.
